Panache Events exists to create successful, memorable events by blending over 15 years of experience with unparalleled personal dedication to each and every client.

My clients are special to me. I have always felt a sense of honor when a couple asks me to help them. This is a very personal decision and one of the first ones they make together. I see it as a privilege to be invited to help celebrate this day with them. I don't just see them as bride and groom, they're "my bride and groom". I know how important their wedding day is, and my part is to let each couple know that they are as important as the day itself. I love to watch the groom's face when he first sees her as he's never seen her before. It's the priceless moment when his eyes say, "She's beautiful". Another moment is when they gaze at each other during their first dance and, without a word, say "I love you, you're mine." It's those moments that remind me why I love to do this.

Wedding Bride and Groom

Most girls have been planning their wedding day since they were ten years old; the ring, the gown, the color of the bridesmaids' dresses, the flowers, the cake. At that age, the groom is only an imaginary mannequin to model which kind of tuxedo looks best. I know... I was ten once.

I only schedule one wedding per day. Many times companies will schedule multiple events in one day, and send out an employee or a sub contractor. This allows me to focus all my attention on your wedding only. From hair and make-up to hugs goodbye, I am with you and your guests, making sure everything goes just the way you want it.

Menu of Services
Elegant Table

Panache events offers the following packages or "entrees" for every level of event. There is a 20% non-refundable deposit due at booking.

Le Petite

This is for the bride who wants someone to oversee the Rehearsal and Ceremony only.

Bouquet

This package provides up to 40 hours (includes 8 hours on wedding day) of coordinating and planning. For those couples who know what they want, but have limited time for details like assistance with vendor selections and management (negotiate / review contracts, staging, etc.)

Monet

Notable features include up to 60 hours of consultation; comprehensive vendor selection, etiquette recommendations (invitations, ceremony and reception), oversee the decor and placement of ceremony and reception items, and more! Two coordinators will attend the entire event, from morning make-up to final farewells. Recommended for 125 or more guests.

Le Grande Planning

Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. This package is the "Carte Blanche" of coordinating and planning. Panache Events will take care of every aspect of your event.

A La Carte

An hourly-based package, with a minimum of 2 hours.

A Love Letter
Couple Wedding Picture

Hi Barbara,

We miss you so much already! We just need to tell you that our wedding was so beautiful and memorable and we couldn't have done it without all of your hard work and support. Planning a wedding is more work than we had anticipated and throughout it all, whenever we were stressed out, you were there to calm us down and tell us it would get taken care of. You understood from the first day we met, the importance of making our wedding elegant and beautiful for us, as well as our guests.

With all the bumps in the road that we hit along the way prior to meeting you, I was a little discouraged and never thought that my wedding would turn out as I had dreamed it would. But from the day we met, I told Colin something was different and things were going to be great from that day forward. I wanted to cry when we left our first meeting because I knew that the way you made me feel; the understanding of how important this day was to us, was something that Colin and I had never felt by any other coordinator.

The time and effort that you put into our wedding was exceptional! You were on top of everything, even things that we forgot about! You made an effort to get to know all of our family and knew pretty much both families and bridal party by name. And on the day of the wedding, you did not leave my side and were with me every step of the way. You saw to every detail and you kept both Colin and I informed on how the day's preparations were coming along. You also were great on keeping us on the timeline that you worked out with us prior to the wedding, which made the entire day go so smoothly. We never worried about anything!

But, the most important thing that we got out of working with you was not only an amazing coordinator but also an amazing friend. You never once treated us like a client, instead you treated us like family. But in all truth, I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful assistance that you provided to Colin and I and we can never repay you for what you gave to us.
